Exercising at the Gym is an Australian way of life. Located on the ground floor, you can enjoy your own highly equipped gymnasium, priming you for a productive day at the office. Or perhaps relax with a drink in the adjoining lounge followed by breakfast at one of the cafes at your doorstep.
Security
Security is achieved by way of restricted access to the residential foyer, residential car parking, as well as to each individual residential floor. A two-way video intercom is installed in each apartment to operate the entrances to the building.
Additionally, video surveillance will be installed at all possible access points, including the entrance gate, the foyers, the elevator, the gym, the Lounge and car parking.
